In short

This website sets no cookies, loads no fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third-party servers, and does not measure your behaviour. That is why there is no consent banner. Data only arises where you send me some.

2 Enquiries by form, email, phone or WhatsApp

• Data: name, phone number, email address where given, date and time of the ride, pickup address and destination, number of passengers, plus anything you add voluntarily.
• Purpose: to answer your enquiry, quote a price and carry out the ride.
• Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR — pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract.
• Retention: until the enquiry is settled. If a ride takes place, the seven-year tax retention period under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code applies.
• About the form: it does not send anything itself. It opens your own email programme with a prepared message, so no data is transmitted to this website.

3 WhatsApp

If you write to me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes your data under its own terms, and transfers to the USA are possible. If you would rather avoid that, please call or send an email.

4 Server logs

When the website is accessed, the web server stores technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type and operating system. This serves secure and stable operation, is not combined with other data and is deleted after PLACEHOLDER — retention period at the hosting provider, usually 7 to 30 days. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, legitimate interest in technical operation.

5 No sale, no profiling

Your data is not sold and not used for advertising. It is passed on only where the ride requires it — for example when I book a partner company for a sedan — or where I am legally obliged to, for instance towards the tax authority. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

6 Your rights

You have the right to access (Article 15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), data portability (20) and objection (21). Simply contact me using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
