Airport transfers
Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport, Munich, Vienna, plus Venice or Prague on request. Give us your flight number when you book: if the flight lands late, the pickup moves with it. We meet you in the arrivals hall with your name.

From the main station to your hotel, from the hotel to your meeting, across Salzburg. Short rides run on the agreed price too, with no meter ticking.

Weddings and celebrations
We plan the pickup times around your schedule and drive several runs if guests arrive in groups. For the whole party we arrange as many cars as you need on request.

Meeting, trade fair, plant visit: you get in and keep working. You are driven calmly and spoken to only if you want to be. Bookable for a whole day too.

The vehicle
Mercedes V-ClassElegant, private travel
We drive a Mercedes V-Class: high doors that are easy to step into, real legroom even in the third row, and a boot that takes luggage, skis and a pram together. Getting in and out stays comfortable, even in evening dress.
The V-Class is our standard, not our limit: on request we arrange any other vehicle — a sedan, a minibus, and for weddings or events several cars in the size and number that match your guest count. You keep the same contact even when a different car pulls up.

These prices are for the Mercedes V-Class with up to 7 guests — for the whole vehicle, not per person. Tolls, airport parking and help with your luggage are included. You pay the agreed amount whether we sit in traffic or your flight lands two hours late.
For other destinations — Berchtesgaden, Fuschl, St. Wolfgang, Hallstatt, a ski resort, an evening at the Festival, but also long-distance runs such as Venice or Prague — tell me the route and the timing and you get a fixed price up front.

Veronika Wielend
I am Veronika Wielend and I run this chauffeur service. Having a woman run it is still rare in Salzburg — and for many, that is exactly why they book here: for women travelling alone early in the morning to catch a flight, or coming back alone from an appointment in the evening. For parents sending their daughter home after a party. For older guests who need someone to wait a moment while they get out, instead of already slamming the boot.
That kind of attention is not the exception — it is the standard for every ride. On time, calm, at the price we agreed.
How it works
On the road in three steps

Tell me where to
Call, WhatsApp or the form. We need the date, the time, where from, where to, how many people and how much luggage. For flights, the flight number as well.

You get the price
You get a fixed price and a confirmed pickup time back. Only then is the ride booked — nothing costs you anything before that.

We are there
The car is at the agreed place at the agreed time. If your flight moves, the pickup moves with it. You get in, we take care of the rest.

FAQ
What guests want to know before the first ride
Why is a city ride € 90, and not charged by time and distance?
A fixed price means you know where you stand — no meter counting traffic or detours. Our € 90 is a reserved vehicle at an agreed time, not a taxi meter for a quick hop around the corner.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No problem — give us your flight number and we will move the pickup with it automatically. The price stays the same.
What if I am late to the meeting point?
A short wait at the airport or station is included. If it looks like being longer, we agree the price beforehand.
How can I pay?
Cash or card. For business trips we issue an invoice.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better — but do ask at short notice too. If a car is free, we drive.
Can you provide a child seat?
Tell us your child’s age and height when you enquire. We will then confirm whether we provide the right seat or you bring your own.
How many people and how much luggage fit?
Up to 7 people with luggage, skis or a pram. Just tell us what is coming, and it will fit.
Do you drive at night or very early?
Yes, by arrangement — the 5 a.m. airport run as well as a late-night ride home. Just ask.
What if I have to cancel?
Let us know as early as you can and it is straightforward. For very late cancellations we will get in touch before we charge anything.
How is this different from an ordinary ride service?
You know the price and have one named contact beforehand, no dispatch centre and no guessing who shows up. Your ride is planned in advance and reserved for you.
